Deadline for registration for Paper Presenters (first authors).
The conference organiser will have to exclude from the conference programme, papers of authors that have not registered by this date.

Please note that full written papers received after this date will not be included in the Conference CD.
Please note that it is not compulsory to send a full written paper to be part of the Conference Programme. All abstracts accepted as oral, distributed and poster will be presented in the Conference Abstract Book.
The RN/RS coordinators will organise the order of the oral presentations within each session as well as the sequence of the sessions.
Each RN/RS session will have the duration of 1,5 hrs.
Each presenter of an ORAL presentation will have 10-15 minutes at disposal.
A period for debate/discussion/questions will be allowed in the end of each session.
All presentations must be made in English.
Technical equipment available
RN/RS Session rooms will be equipped with projectors and laptop computers with open USB ports for PC-formatted USB flash drives and CD-ROM drives.
Presentations in Power Point can be presented in the following versions
.ppt (PowerPoint Office 97-2003)
.pptx (Powerpoint Office 2007)
Should you wish to present a video clip included in your presentation, you need to inform the secretariat 24 hrs in advance in order for the technicians to install Windows Media Player. Although most video codecs are supported by Windows Media Player, some might not be installed by default and therefore not possible to present. Please check the format of your video codecs and that it is a format accepted by Windows Media Player.
Presenters of Oral Papers are welcome to bring hand-outs of power-point presentation or hard copies of paper presented to distribute among participants of that session.
The lenght of the distributed paper should not exceed the lenght of a full paper (50.000 characters (with spaces), including tables, figures, notes and references)
The presenter of a Distributed Paper should bring copies of the paper (Nr=10) to be distributed to the participants of that session. The Distributed Papers will not be presented orally.
The abstract accepted as Distributed Paper will be part of the respective RN/RS sessions’ printed programme and in the abstract book.
Full written paper sent until the deadline 15 July 2009 will also be included in the Conference CD.
Each Coordinator of the RN/RS will have the possibility to use one of the conference sessions as Poster Session. The decision to organize a Poster Session is made by each coordinator individually.
Poster authors are kindly asked to be present during the Poster Session in order to answer any questions that interested viewers of the posters may have.
At the Poster Session, posters will be displayed on the wall or/and appropriate panels in the session room.
The Poster will be displayed for the duration of the Session.
The number of Posters for a Poster Session is limited to 15.
Please note that Posters have to be mounted by the Author in time before the session start. Posters that are not removed by the authors, will automatically be discarded.
Official Poster size: 70cmx 90cm, both vertical and horizontal formats are accepted.
Please be informed that fixing material and assisting staff will be available at the conference secretariat.
